Cancellation Policy With Crystal Mana We totally understand that life can be unpredictable! To ensure we can accommodate everyone, we have a few guidelines regarding cancellations: **24-Hour Cancellation Notice** If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us a chance to offer your spot to someone else who may need our services. We really appreciate your respect for our time, just as we respect yours. If you can’t provide this notice, the full amount of your appointment will be charged. If we have your card on file, we’ll take care of that; otherwise, we’ll need to collect payment before your next visit. Just a reminder, pre-paid sessions can’t be carried over to future appointments. **No-Show Policy** If you forget or decide not to attend your appointment, that’s a “no-show.” Unfortunately, in this case, we’ll have to charge for the full appointment. The same policy applies—if we have your card on file, we'll charge it; if not, we’ll need payment before your next visit. Also, please note that pre-paid sessions can’t be used for missed appointments. **Late Arrivals** We know that life can sometimes be hectic! If you happen to arrive late, we may need to shorten your session to keep on schedule for those following you. Your healer will do their best to make the most of the time left, but please understand that you’ll still be responsible for the full session fee.
